Dating & Relationship Support Group for Women

Does dating feel like the same story on repeat? Perhaps you're ending up in the same dynamic over and over, or maybe you're not sure why it feels so unsafe once you're in a relationship. Overthinking, overgiving, pulling back, or choosing partners who can’t fully meet your needs are all patterns worth addressing. We will focus on what shows up in real time: how you connect, protect yourself, and respond. This group will run for 8 consecutive weeks and is capped at 5-8 adults. Beginning once interest is met.

Ex Mormon Support Group for Women
Leaving Mormonism can shake the bedrock of your life. It cracks open identity, relationships, and your internal sense of right and wrong. This group is for people who are out, partly out, or long out but still feeling its impact. This is a therapist-led process group, with some psychoeducation, but mostly listening to and processing parts of post-mormon life, the painful parts (or even the funny ones). Themes can include: grief, shame, sex, identity, boundaries, and self-trust. This group will run for 8 consecutive weeks and is capped at 5-8 adults. Beginning once interest is met.

Religious Trauma & Deconstruction Process Group
Are you starting to question your religious beliefs? Or maybe you've deconstructed altogether but still feel the effects of a religious environment. This is a space to talk to others who might be going through a similar life change. It is a therapist-led group, with some psychoeducation, but primarily a space to share parts of life that feel sticky or confusing due to deconstruction. Themes may include: grief, shame, purity culture, identity shifts, relationships, and learning to trust your own voice again. Every week for 8 weeks, and capped at 5-8 people. Starting once interest is met.
