Dating and Relationships Group

Dating in today’s world can feel chaotic, stressful, and overwhelming. Whether you’re drained by dating apps, wanting to give up on love, scared of rejection and vulnerability, or working through challenges in an existing relationship, you don’t have to do it alone. This support group will begin meeting virtually for 8 weeks on Thursday, October 2nd, and will be co-led and guided by two skilled therapists.
