Daring Way/Rising Strong Psycho-ed Groups

I am a Certified Daring Way Facilitator and lead psycho-educational groups based on the qualitative research and New York Times best selling literature of Dr. Brene' Brown. In group, we "get curious" about the shame and negativity in our lives that lead to fear, blame and disconnection and move gently but intentionally toward courage, compassion and connection. We make this shift by sharing our stories, writing sloppy first drafts, and listening with empathy to ourselves and other group members.
