Daring Greatly™ Women’s Weekend Intensive
You will explore topics such as vulnerability, self compassion, shame, and perfectionism. You will develop the belief that you are worthy of love, belonging, and joy; you are “enough”. This group will help you understand what might be driving old patterns that are keeping you “stuck". By the end of the weekend, you will have a deeper connection to self and others. With a group of other women, you will explore topics such as vulnerability, self compassion, shame, and perfectionism. This is an in-person event and will be held in-person in downtown Bethesda, Maryland.

Getting to Know Your Sexual Self-for women/virtual
The workshop is designed for woman to have a safe space to understand their sexual self. Grounded in the research by author and sex educator, Emily Nagoski, PhD this group will provide members an opportunity to learn the science of sex, identify what may be inhibiting your sexual desire, address issues related to arousal and orgasim, develop and adapt strategies to regain and enhance intimacy, restore connections, renew communication, increase eroticism and increase your sexual voice. 12 week group that begins on Fri, 1/10/24 (virtually) 11:30am-1pm.
