When your partner commits the unthinkable, your world is shattered. Emotions swirl, and you face legal complexities and agencies you never expected. However, Post-Traumatic Growth is possible. The questions of "How?", "Why?", and "What now?" may leave you lost, but you don’t have to face this alone. In this group, we provide a safe space for family members of those convicted of child pornography offenses. Cadence workout can help with trauma response by leveraging rhythmic movement to regulate the nervous system, improve body awareness, and build resilience. Trauma often disrupts the body's ability to self-regulate, leading to heightened stress responses, hypervigilance, or dissociation. Cadence Workout is a bi weekly group that lasts 60 mins, moderate to hard workouts using cadence to help regulate the mind, body and spirit. This is an open enrollment class with a max capacity of 12 people. Please call to reserve your spot today.

I have over 20 years of experience as a first responder, helping adults, families and communities in crisis.
Our ideal clients are men and women who served or continue to serve in high stakes careers such as a operators, veterans, first responder, C-suite, athletes or a family member closely connected to these individuals. They come to us seeking support for issues deeply rooted in their experiences—trauma, stress, and the unique challenges that arise from their roles in service. These clients often face significant barriers to seeking help: they may lack or want to avoid insurance coverage or access to traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and they value confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of their work and experiences.
Please join us for an honest conversation about the experience of becoming a mother. This is not about sleep schedules and when to start solids. This is a forum focused on YOU. Through moderated discussion we will address the real process of incorporating a new baby into your life, we will challenge the myth of the "perfect mother", and we will remind you that you will be "you" again. The Mom-Me group hopes to bring forth others' experiences while empowering you to share yours so you will see that the challenges you face are not yours alone.

Klein is a Diplomate with the American Board of Examiners in Professional Psychology with more than thirty years of experience working with adolescents, adults and couples in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Central to what Dr Klein does is to help people more fully understand themselves, both their warts and their beautiful parts, and to develop their abilities to establish and to maintain gratifying relationships.
When your child ignores you or, even worse, rudely refuses a reasonable request, do you find yourself thinking "What have I done wrong?"
In this child-centered world, kids are encouraged "to be seen and to be heard." That's a good thing. Still, the scenario of the "too-empowered" child has become commonplace and is challenging. And if you are a parent who has difficulty handling these challenging moments, you may be interested in joining my psychotherapy/support group. It focuses on exploring creative strategies which will help you to manage these situations in a firm yet loving way.

The OCD and Anxiety disorders treatment track is an adult intensive outpatient program for individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and impairing anxiety disorders. OCD includes unwanted or intrusive thoughts, images, or urges (obsessions) that cause distress. Individuals suffering from OCD engage in repetitive behaviors or thoughts (compulsions) that temporarily alleviate the distress caused by the obsessions. Similarly, individuals with impairing anxiety, such as phobias, experience excessive fear and often engage in persistent avoidance behaviors. The IOP provides three hours of treatment 4 days a week for a period of 8-10 weeks.

Bridgeport Hospital’s REACH Program offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which includes Medication Management and Outpatient Group Therapy for both adults and youth.

The ups and downs of life can trigger crisis; leaving us confused, emotionally upset, and sometimes leading to dysfunctional coping. We do not have control over all situations in life but finding meaning and purpose in these times can provide a framework for personal growth and development. I love to work with those who want to understand the origins of their problems, experiencing life transitions, problems in essential relationships, depression, and childhood trauma or loss. Therapy sessions are conducted via secure Video conference.
