Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience, and my passion is helping people feel more grounded, empowered, and supported through life’s ups and downs. Whether you’re going through a tough time, feeling stuck, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to listen and help you find your way.
My approach is down-to-earth and compassionate—I believe in creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and never judged. Together, we can work on understanding what’s going on, explore tools that actually work for you, and set meaningful goals that feel right for your life.
This group will meet weekly. Members are invited on an ongoing basis and groups will run indefinitely. Members will support one another on this lonely journey and you will feel less isolated. This is a private pay group; insurance will not be accepted. Payment is expected at the beginning of each group session. The fee is $100 per session. The groups will run for 1-1.5 hours.

The DBT skills group will complement weekly therapy sessions. During group time, we will practice Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. This is a psychoeducational group where I teach practical, useful skills that we practice together, not a therapy group. This is the time to build your tool-chest of skills.

Life has many challenges. It's how you grow from your past that defines who you are in life. You may feel alone, misunderstood, and unfulfilled with your life or personal relationships. Perhaps you're having intense negative emotions. People typically enter therapy when they are in distress, although it's usually the long-term and underlying struggles that concern them the most. Initially, we will work quickly to address your immediate pain and provide relief. As therapy progresses, our focus may shift so you develop more positive and enriching relationships with yourself and others.
This is a group for women who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse. We follow The Courage To Heal, by Bass and Davis as an outline for this psychoeducational group. We also learn Dialectical and Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills.

In the past 18 years I have become quite adept at working with clients who have trauma histories. Trauma can be major or it can be minor. I find that all human beings have experienced some form of trauma in their lives and this trauma often contributes to our current challenges. I use a method called EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with many of my clients. This is a physiological method that is both quick and effective. So whether you are suffering from depression, anxiety, addiction, ect. I can help you both rapidly and dramatically.
"You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream!" C.S.Lewis. Connect with others in a community where it is safe to explore what it means to live in your Truth, a place of self-healing and empowerment, exploration and change. Together, we will explore turning inward for answers and understanding, discovering what it feels like to connect with our authentic selves and practicing dreaming into a new way of being. Registration required.

I am a Clinical Member and approved supervisor of the American Group Psychotherapy Association and a Certified Group Psychotherapist.

As a Connecticut licensed clinical psychologist for more than 40 years, I practice individual, couples, and group therapy. In my doctoral and post-doctoral training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Yale University, and throughout my years of clinical practice, I have had extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and meditation.
I try to empathize with clients' feelings, and foster a safe, respectful, collaborative environment where in-depth exploration can occur. I can help you arrive at your own insights and conclusions. If you like, I can also offer suggestions to help translate insight into behavioral change.
This is a weekly or biweekly (depending upon demand of member) that is ongoing and will meet for 1-1.5 hours depending upon size of group. Many women share this struggle but may not have access to one another due to the societal silence surrounding this journey. Members will break isolation and allow for a safe space to share support, encouragement and advice. You will feel connected to something bigger than yourself and feel you are part of a unique team. This is a self pay only group and each group session is $100. Payment expected at the start of each group.

Ongoing, weekly or bi-weekly support group, depending on needs of members. The focus is caregiver burnout-the feeling of deep exhaustion and stress at the hands of caring for another person. Compassion fatigue occurs when a caregiver embodies the physical fatigue, emotional stress/trauma of a person within their care. This support group gathers caregivers to appreciate one another's experience, offering support, tips for coping, and dissemble their feeling of isolation. The physical, mental and emotional toll caretaking involves is often overlooked and unrecognized as the patient is usually the focus. This group will make you, the caregiver, the focus.

Oftentimes, our usual ways of dealing with these struggles aren't helping, have become ineffective or may even be preventing us from feeling better. We work with a wide range of individuals who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, life transitions and more. In this safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment we will work together toward overall healing.
Cadence workout can help with trauma response by leveraging rhythmic movement to regulate the nervous system, improve body awareness, and build resilience. Trauma often disrupts the body's ability to self-regulate, leading to heightened stress responses, hypervigilance, or dissociation. Cadence Workout is a bi weekly group that lasts 60 mins, moderate to hard workouts using cadence to help regulate the mind, body and spirit. This is an open enrollment class with a max capacity of 12 people. Please call to reserve your spot today.

I have over 20 years of experience as a first responder, helping adults, families and communities in crisis.
Our ideal clients are men and women who served or continue to serve in high stakes careers such as a operators, veterans, first responder, C-suite, athletes or a family member closely connected to these individuals. They come to us seeking support for issues deeply rooted in their experiences—trauma, stress, and the unique challenges that arise from their roles in service. These clients often face significant barriers to seeking help: they may lack or want to avoid insurance coverage or access to traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and they value confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of their work and experiences.
Greenwich Psychology Group offers Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to adults . Our clinicians have specialized training in providing DBT for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, and emotional regulation. We focus on the core principals of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotional regulation, Interpersonal Efficacy, and Distress Tolerance skills. These skills target reactivity and negative behavior by teaching individuals how to remain balanced and making the moment more tolerable and meaningful. We tailor groups to address the unique circumstance by focusing on challenges that interfere with quality of life.
