Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a nonpathologizing, evidence-based method. Together, we explore the various parts and perspectives that make you you. We will soften inner critics and contradictions that blocks Self Trust. I offer various group work including Family Estrangement, Conflict, Anxiety and Confidence, and Releasing Creative Energy. I also train therapists and coaches how to use the IFS model in their practices.
