Creative Spirits intesive outpatient substance abuse program is a evidence based 3 month program designed to assist in recovery from mood altering substances. We utilize Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with interactive journaling, Family and Relapse Prevention for recovery. The program meets 3x per week in the Shelbyville and Louisville offices.
