Creative Healing for Divorced Women
In this 8 wk group you will learn to use art, writing and mindfulness techniques to explore, release and reflect on what you want and need (and also what you aspire to) as you step into the next chapter of your life. This group is reserved for women who are newly separated/divorcing or are within the 1st year since finalizing their divorce). Meets online.
