Creative Connections
If you are a therapist, especially one in private practice, you know how isolated you can feel at times. My colleague and I wanted to start a group to offer connection and support to ourselves and others with the added bonus of including creativity and artistic self expression into the mix as well, thus Creative Connections was born. Each session, we will create artwork based on a challenge that we would like to get some support or feedback around. Group participants will then have time to share their artwork and engage in discussion around their identified area of concern.

Authenticity: an art therapy group
Starting this January!....We come into this world as our true selves and come up against so many challenges and situations which encourage us to shift who we are, to cover up, to become smaller. Somewhere along the way, our authentic voice gets so quiet, we almost can't hear it anymore. This is your opportunity to let it be loud, to hear its message of who you are and how you want to take up space in the future through the creation of an altered book. This is a 6 week group for ages 17+ that starts January 7th
