Creative Connections: A Group for Middle Schoolers

This group is designed to empower middle schoolers experiencing anxiety by blending creativity, self-expression, and skill-building to support their interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and emotional growth. Through interactive activities and creative exploration, participants will: learn to identify and express emotions in mindful and creative ways, enhance their relationships with peers by building empathy and practicing perspective-taking, cooperation, and compromise, foster self-confidence and self-acceptance in a supportive, collaborative environment, and explore artistic mediums to encourage self-discovery and meaningful self-expression.

Social Skills Group for 3rd-5th Graders
A 8-week group for 3rd-5th graders looking for support with interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and emotion regulation skills. In this group, your child will have the opportunity to: learn how to identify and express their emotions in playful and creative ways, improve their relationships with others through empathy building, perspective taking, and conversation skills, practice conflict-resolution skills by learning how to regulate their body and emotions, self-reflect and communicate with others effectively!

Loss and Bereavement Group for High Schoolers
Has your teen experienced the death of a loved one? Are you looking for a safe place for them to get support? This eight week group will focus on: getting support and solidarity from other teens that "get it", learning about natural reactions to grief or loss, increasing skills for self-care or coping after loss, and having space to share memories about our loved ones.
