This semi-structured group focuses on ways that seniors can increase their Happiness and overall Life Satisfaction while dealing more Effectively with the Changes that accompany AGING! 90-minute ZOOM (HIPPA compliant) group meets 7 days a week. Times to be determined. Participants will be encouraged to read and discuss therapeutic Aging-related topics from a highly recommended book by esteemed authors.
