Creating Change

Creating Change is a trauma-processing group for adults ready to understand their story, reconnect with themselves, and move beyond survival. Through guided discussion, journaling, reflection, and evidence-based interventions, you'll gain insight, build meaningful connections, and discover that healing doesn't have to happen alone. This is a space to be seen, heard, and understood without judgment—a place to process at your own pace while building hope for the future and finding the courage to create lasting change.
