Self care is paramount to your individual health and to our community as we limit our access to the world around us we need to take time to take care of ourselves in a healthy way. Connecting with a therapist and others who hold each other accountable for engaging in healthy activities. We will utilize this time to encourage, connect, and support one another through this difficult situation.
