
This group is designed to help us with our ability to endure and recover from adversity. COVID-19 imposes continuing stress, which challenges our resilience. The group will help people process this new stress and strengthen their own resilience. Participants will learn how we exist in relation to ourselves, how we are connecting to the community, and how to enhance our coping mechanisms through Mindfulness, Movement, Mastery, and Maintaining Relationships (the four Ms). (Until further notice, group will be conducted virtually.)
