Telehealth Group IS CURRENTLY FULL. This group will explore different modalities and practices, including Internal Family Systems, Imago dialoguing techniques for improving communication, mindfulness and expressive arts therapies. These are uncharted waters! Let’s learn some tools and make some supportive connections to help us navigate more smoothly.
