Courage Club
Courage Club is for children ages 8-12 years old. This group is held on Tuesday's at 4:30-5:30pm. Cost-$200 for 8 weeks Courage Club teaches children skills that will give them the courage to combat anxiety. During this group, children explore how worries and fears affect their thoughts and body, and learn healthy strategies to manage their anxiety.

Brave Arts
Brave Arts is for children ages 8 to 12 years old. Brave Arts uses art with purpose. Our Brave Arts therapist will integrate creative expression and therapeutic interventions with many forms of art. Brave Arts can help children explore emotions and build confidence as they gain a sense of personal control.

Mindful Kids is for children ages 8-12 years old. This group is virtual and held on Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm Cost-$200 for 8 weeks In Mindful Kids, participants will discover how to be in the moment vs focusing on the past or future by using mindfulness skills such as breathing, movement and guided meditations.
