Couples Intensives, Marathons, & Retreats

Know your relationship needs help? Standard couples therapy is typically 1 hour session per week which is valuable. However, some couples want to jump-start their work together to combine few months of couples therapy into 2.25 days or longer. I am Certified Gottman Therapist who enjoys providing tailored Couples Intensives. My husband and I have attended both Hold Me Tight Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) & The Art and Science of Love Workshops which have been very beneficial. I can help both of you cultivate greater understanding of one another, communicate & connect better, and live a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
