Couples Counseling Group: 5-week Workshop

A support group to improve couple relationships! 1) Identify your interactional pattern in your relationship with your partner. 2) Understand each other's attachment needs and emotional expression styles. 3) Practice new ways of communication. 4) Learn healthier ways to resolve conflict with your partner. 5) Achieve a deeper connection. The workshop follows the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and comprises five 75-minute private sessions. These sessions integrate educational content with couple discussions and processing.
