Cornerstone: Adult Young Men's Group

Cornerstone is a weekly interpersonal processing group for young men working on the psychological skills and tools needed for successful adulthood. This group is ideal for young men looking for greater clarity and vision for their life as well as relief from anxiety, depression, and other symptoms undermining their success. Participants will engage in structured discussion and experiential learning exercises to help them develop the life goals and motivation needed for making healthy life changes. Groups will help participants improve their interpersonal and relationship skills while helping them gain the confidence needed for greater independence and autonomy.

The Knights in Training group offers young men an opportunity for therapeutic healing, growth, and development. Through Knights in Training, teenage young men improve skills related to anger management, goal setting, community engagement, self-esteem, and acting from positive morals and values. Each group focuses on a central theme through experiential learning, discussion, activities, crafts, exercises, and team-building games. Groups meet once per week for an hour-and-a-half.

The Wolf Runners group offers young women an opportunity for therapeutic healing, growth, and development. Through Wolf Runners, teenage young women improve skills related to self-esteem, anxiety reduction, goal setting, anger management, depression, community engagement, as well as acting from positive morals and values. Each group focuses on a central theme through experiential learning, discussion, activities, crafts, exercises, and team-building games. Groups meet once per week for an hour-and-a-half.
