Coping With Pain
Coping with Pain is a 12 week group that meets for 90 minutes once a week. It is designed to educate individuals coping with chronic pain and provide social support. Topics addressed over the course of the program include but are not limited to: Understanding the history of pain management, Understanding the basic mechanisms of pain, Understanding the role of medications in pain, Understanding the role we play in pain, Developing strategies and goals to mitigate the impact of pain in our daily lives.

Examining the Human Experience
This is an open group that meets once a week for 3 hours. Each session includes a psycho-educational component, group discussion and art making. The group explores the human experience through a bio-psycho-social lens providing insight into "what we are" and "who we are". The group is designed to help participants expand their knowledge of themselves, gain a better understanding of human behavior, and explore the creative side of their brain. Open to all adults 18 yrs and older. This can be a great group for older adults or individuals struggling with isolation and/or aging.

Anger Management
Anger Management is a 12 week group which supports and educates men who wrestles with issues related to anger. Topics include: recognizing events and cues that trigger anger, understanding the aggression cycle, anger and the family, etc. Groups form at different points in the calendar year.
