Coping with Infertility

A 4 week series focusing on the emotions experienced throughout the infertility journey, as well as effective communication and relationships with others. Each session will include an opportunity for you to share your own experiences, followed by education and skill-building so you feel better able to manage the stressors that arise in the diagnosis and treatment process. We will close with a period of relaxation, which has been shown to positively impact fertility. People at any stage of their fertility process are welcome to join and can benefit, from those just starting out, to those well on their way.
