Coping with Depression and Depressive Disorders
Have you been diagnosed with a Depressive Disorder or are you struggling with depressive symptoms? If so, this group will be a safe place for you to join with others who have similar effects. You will learn to identify and address triggers as well as implement coping methods to improve your quality of life.

Marriage Group
The Sunflowers Wellness Marriage program teaches spouses interpersonal skills in communication and conflict resolution. A sense of safety develops when the group's couples have a mutual commitment to growth.
Session Cost
Virtual Women's Support Group
This will be a 6 week virtual education group hosted by women counselors on the following topics: 1. Work-life balance, discussing how to manage professional and personal life to avoid overwhelm. 2. Personal development, avoiding imposter syndrome 3. Financial management- introductory steps to budgeting 4. Relationships, Parenting and communication/assertiveness work-how to speak up at work. 5. Health and wellness: Focusing on ways to better your health, discussing the importance of doctor's visits, eating properly, walks, and the like. 6. Mental health and wellness/tapping into your gifts, exercise, and girl's talk.
