Coping with ADHD video course
The course is four 2 hour sessions teaching coping strategies that target improvements in work, school and personal life performance. Participants will learn practical strategies in organization and time management. ADHD is not required. You must be 16 years old or older You must have a computer that has a web cam and microphone. You must have an email address There is a one time payment of $160 per person. We do not offer refunds when you miss sessions but we may arrange for you to attend the session that you missed when a new group is started.

Support group for abused women
For woman who were or are in toxic/abusive relationship. Members must meet the following criteria: 1. Member is an adult age 18 or older. 2. Member has experienced some type of abuse personal, work related or otherwise 3. Member must be willing to sign and abide by privacy agreement 4. Member must be able to and willing to abide by group rules. The group will offer peer support, education and build coping skills. Frequency: Monthly: 3rd Saturday of every month. Fl.
