Coping Skills for Adults
This group will deal with various issues that are complicated by a lack of coping skills. Whether the issue is anger management, codependency, depression, or trauma disorder, learning coping skills is the key to dealing with the most difficult issues and disorders. This group is designed to assist members in learning to manage their symptoms by utilizing a myriad of techniques and skills that you will learn in the group. The group will begin when at least 5 members are registered. If you are interested please contact Audrey Burke-Wardlaw.
