Coping Skills Development Group

Our Coping Skills Development Group is designed to help individuals build practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, and everyday life challenges. In this therapist-led group, participants learn and practice evidence-based skills such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and healthy thinking patterns. Sessions are interactive and supportive, offering a balance of education, discussion, and real-life application.
