Dealing with a difficult co-parenting relationship? You're not alone. In this group, you'll meet other people who get it. You'll learn strategies for reducing your stress and co-parenting more effectively. We'll also study ways to protect your kid(s) from the adults' conflict. I offer this group virtually and in person. Life After Divorce is a 12-session series. The group meets bi-weekly over a span of 6 months. Each meeting has a different theme to guide our discussion. Located just off MoPac at 2222. Mixed gender, LGBTQ+ affirming. Limited spots are available at a reduced fee. A new group is scheduled to begin September 23, 2026. NOTE: I offer this group every few months.
