Analog ADHD- Digital Health for Overactive Brains
A therapist-led group for adults with ADHD exploring the impact of constant digital stimulation on attention, emotional regulation, sleep, motivation, and overall well-being. Many adults with ADHD feel trapped in cycles of scrolling, overstimulation, avoidance, burnout, and mental exhaustion. This ADHD-informed group helps participants build a healthier, more intentional relationship with technology, productivity, rest, and presence. Together, we’ll explore nervous system overload, dopamine-seeking behaviors, executive dysfunction, digital boundaries, mindfulness, and sustainable behavior change — without shame, perfectionism, or rigid “digital detox” approaches.
