Consensual Non-Monogamy Group (Virtual)

Liberation Psychotherapy offers a weekly hybrid group for individuals engaged in, or curious, about consensually non-monogamous relationships, providing a supportive space to share experiences and learn skills to navigate common challenges. A therapy group focused on social support, mutual aid, psychoeducation and skill building around the unique dynamics of consensual non-monogamy. Topics include increasing joy, improving communication, navigating jealousy, and managing multiple relationships.

Gay Men's Group (Hybrid)
The purpose of the group is to help foster a sense of belonging in the community and to explore gay men's issues and the impact that they have on mental health. Over the past two decades as gay men have experienced integration, the decentralized and diasporic effect has compounded and complicated issues in our community, including: identity, dating, love life, relationships, intimacy, loss/grief, sex/sexuality, work/life balance, family, masculinity, isolation, depression, anxiety, substance use. This is a psychoeducational and mutual support group while utilizing psychotherapeutic ideas from psychodynamic, trauma, affirmative, client-centered, existential.
