Conscious Parenting Program

Parenting is the hardest job in the world; any other job has a level of emotional detachment that allows the “logical part of our brain” to lead in decision making. With parenting all emotions are directly involved in decisions. To be doing it “right” you ought to be fully invested in outcomes. This is contradictory at a core/biological level. Both our “logical part” and the “emotional center" of the brain cannot be running the “show.” This 8 week virtual educational group engages parents in exploring their values and aligning their behavior/decision making to directly reflect their principles.
