Conscious Dating Strategies is a workshop that is offered at least one Saturday each quarter. The goal of the workshop is to explore the secrets to finding, attracting, and maintaining a successful relationship. The focus of the workshop is to enable people to make healthy partner choices.

We will use experiential exercises and humor to increase your personal power as you increase your ability to be assertive in interpersonal situations. These assertive behaviors will reduce your anxiety and increase your self-esteem.
