Conscious Caregiver Support Group, Living Journeys

Living Journeys Conscious Caregivers Support Group is a safe and confidential support system for individuals who are caregivers (anyone who is caring for another person) and are looking for ways to cope and hopefully thrive throughout this chapter. Group meetings offer a supportive and healing environment where open discussion concerning care and caregiver related topics are facilitated. Individuals benefit emotionally from supporting one another through shared experiences. Professional facilitators are present to guide discussion, promote inclusion, link participants to resources and foster a strong sense of group.
