Connections is an online group with a goal to foster connections with those who are struggling with similar issues such as depression, anxiety, boundaries, motivation, self-esteem, guilt & shame, anger management, grief & loss, thinking errors, codependency, and much, much more! The group meets once per week to gain support from peers through group discussion.
