Connection& Collaboration:Teen Girls Dinner Group

Starting April 21st 2025. Throughout this 7 week counseling group, students (female teen girls 14+) will connect and collaborate on topics such as: Self-care tools for emotional regulation, ways to navigate friendships, handling social media and ways to build connection. Art therapy will be provided throughout: building clay sculptures, bracelet making, painting, etc. Dinner will be provided during the group as a source of connection amongst the group. After all, some of the best conversations happen at the dinner table.
