This is a therapy group for females aged 18-25 who are in individual therapy related to anxiety. This is an ongoing, long-term interpersonal process group. Group members can expect to gain deeper insight, build social connection, and fine tune coping skills. Our focus will be on healing from anxiety, navigating life stage challenges (like living independently), support around trauma and unhealthy relationship patterns, and exploring family dynamics. An ideal group member will have positive social skills (social anxiety is completely fine) and is not experiencing severe mental health symptoms.
