Group meets every Monday morning 8:45am - 10am in my Narberth office and on Zoom and biweekly Wednesday evenings 7:15-8: 30 pm at my office in center city philadelphia and on Zoom. . To learn or support meditation practices and there is a soulful, openhearted sharing that is facilitated making this a warm, connecting safe sacred circle of women.

Grief group for women who have lost their mothers
This supportive bereavement group meets biweekly and is a very open, warm, caring group of women who understand. We have all lost our mothers and need to talk and have a safe space to feel understood and not have to pretend we are ok with our loss.
