A Community Group is a supportive, therapist-led space where individuals come together to connect, share experiences, and grow. Unlike traditional one-on-one therapy, community groups emphasize the healing power of belonging. Participants gain comfort in knowing they are not alone in their struggles, while also building meaningful peer connections. At Juniper & Jade Psychotherapy Inc., we currently offer community groups for: Middle School Students, High School Students and Young Adults (18–22).
