Community Care Workshop (Donation Based)
Community Care Workshop is an open, virtual, donation-based, mental health psychoeducation workshop. This workshop is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7 PM (EST). The goal of these workshops is to make mental health information accessible and relevant to the Black community (anyone is welcome to attend). S.E.L.F. Care Psychoeducation Group Therapy is a 13-week group meeting on Monday 7-9 PM EST starting Jan 30. This program offers foundational healing skills to help navigate various life transitions and changes. S.E.L.F. is an acronym representing the four pillars of the program: Safety, Emotions, Loss, and Future. This program is for folks looking to grow their healing skill set and folks who want a community of likeminded people on their healing journey.
