Communication and Connection
A group open to clients with a variety of relational, emotional, and communication concerns. The overall focus is the development of effective communication and connection in order to improve personal and relational functioning and well-being. Group will run for 12 weeks, an hour and 15 minutes weekly, and be limited to 7-8 individuals. Please call for consultation as to whether this group is right for you.

Long-Term or Recent Experience of Loss
For individuals who have lost an intimate other over the span of years and would like to participate in a group process of exploration and connection. Group, meeting once weekly for 1 hr. and 15 mins., will have up to 8 participants, and will run for 12 weeks. Another group offered is for recently bereaved individuals experiencing acute grief. Please call for details about either groups.

Writing and Loss
A 12-week group for individuals who wish to use creative writing in working with loss and grief. Format will include both guided exercises and dynamic interpersonal processing of material. Cost will be $50/meeting, 1 1/2 hours per week, and groups will have up to 7 individuals.
