Common Threads- A Postpartum Group

Common Threads is a space to slow down, connect and talk about the things that really matter in motherhood. The beautiful, messy, funny, complicated parts of being a mother, women and human. Each month we will work to have open and honest conversation about the complexities and nuances of the postpartum period through discussion, reflection and connection. This is a no judgement, no pressure, no "perfect" mom group ran by a maternal mental health therapist and lactation consultant aimed to build community and support. This group is FREE.
