Coming in 2026! Creatives in Therapy

This group is for people with strong artistic/creative talents, focusing on individual and group goals they can work toward leveraging their creativity. Participants will include artists, musicians, writers, performers, designers, and makers or any sort. Core Themes: (not necessarily in this order): A) Identity as a creative person; B) Perfectionism; C) Self-criticism and imposter syndrome; D) Relationship between creativity and mood; E) Surviving rejection, critique, and audience response; F) Creative blocks and avoidance patterns; G) Balancing creative work with “the rest of life;" H) Navigating creative careers and financial stability; and I) Meaning-making, purpose, and internal narrative.
