Coming Home to Your Body Group - Pittsburgh

A skills-based group designed to assist women in getting in better relationship with their bodies through body-centered and mindfulness-based approaches, alongside group discussion, processing, and connection. As a Christian-based group, you will be supported in connecting with your faith in a way that brings more presence into your life while feeling more connected with yourself, others, and God.
