Coming Home To Self: An Integrative Trauma Recovery Program is designed to assist participants in Body, Mind and Spirit by: Letting go of the trauma that is mentally, physically and emotionally trapped in the body; Returning their consciousness to the body, feeling present, grounded and safe; Experiencing a resetting of the nervous system; Feeling empowered to make better life choices; Learning to speak their truth; Restoring clarity and decision-making abilities; Regaining a sense of vitality and hope. Cost is $150 to attend with your own Family Constellation done during the workshop. Cost is $50 to attend and participate without doing your own Family Constellation.
