College Transition
Everything you’ve been doing since kindergarten has been to ‘prepare you for college’, and now that it’s almost here you are ready …right? It’ll be the ‘best four years of your life’…right? If you are frozen by a million decisions and overwhelmed by all the unknowns of next year, you're not alone! This group is designed for high school seniors in the Class of 2026 who are planning to attend college next fall. We will start in the spring as you are making big college decisions and stick together through the summer and your freshman year!

Group Therapy for Young Adults & College Students
It seems like everyone else has their life together, but you are stuck. If you’re not sure what being an adult should look like or struggle making connections with others, group therapy might be right for you. This group is open to anyone in or near their 20’s. We welcome college students, parents, young professionals, those who aren’t quite sure where they are in life - whatever stage you are in, come join our community!

Child-Parent Relationship Training
Parenting is difficult - Child-Parent Relational Training (CPRT) can help! If you’re struggling in your role as a parent/caregiver or just looking for new ways to connect with your kids, CPRT can help give your child what they need most: you! CPRT is a 10-session Therapeutic Parenting Skills Group for parents/guardians with children 2.5 to 10 years old. You will work to strengthen the parent-child relationship through play-based interventions.
