In this group for graduating seniors, participants will gain mutual support in a safe place to share concerns. They will learn coping strategies for anxiety, and skills for communicating their thought processes as they strategize for life after college. There will be room for laughter as well. Group begins September 2024.

Teachers' Wellness Group
School's out for summer! This is a time to recharge, and get your own needs met. Working in schools is both rewarding and challenging. This group will be a confidential space to reflect on successes, share frustrations, gain coping skills and gain insight. There will be laughter as well. 3 sessions: July 16, 23, and 30.
