Coed Adult Process Group

I currently lead a process group for adults (ranging in age from 40-70) offering weekly support and an opportunity to process a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions and loss. This group is ongoing and full at the present time but I welcome any inquiries and like to have a waiting list. This a a fantastic way to engage with others dealing with life stressors and is more affordable than individual therapy.
