Codependency is defined as "A type of dysfunctional helping relationship where one person supports or enables another person's drug addiction, alcoholism, gambling addiction, poor mental health, immaturity, irresponsibility, or under-achievement". Anger Management Strategies Group
This weekly group is specifically geared toward teaching new anger management techniques and strategies that have been proven to be effective. The group is both psycho-educational and psychotherapeutic (all group members have the opportunity to discuss their own real-life situations while gaining valuable insight into the role that they play). Much of the group's focus is on improving relationships with friends, family members, romantic partners, and co-workers, and also reducing feelings of anger toward oneself and toward others while driving, in crowds, etc. It's via zoom meeting.
