Trauma Focused Support Groups in Greenwood Village, CO

I have both personal and professional experience in leading this group for partners of a sexual/porn addiction which can lead to affairs. A partners group provides both support and hope for women who desire healing from the pain of living with a partner's emotional betrayal or infidelity. A support group can help in the healing process in a safe, trusting, and confidential environment. This group is an opportunity for your silent pain to be expressed and understood with other women who have experienced similar emotional trauma from betrayal and deceit. This is an open group in which participants are welcome to join anytime.

If you live with Borderline Personality Disorder, you may suffer misunderstanding. People try to tame rather than understand you. They see "disorder" instead of deep longing. This group will help us experience emotion not as dysregulation but as a passion for belonging. It will reveal the hidden intelligence in what feels like a war within; explore the architecture of intimacy; and incorporate IFS, neurobiology, and attachment and trauma perspectives. This will be done as a community of fellow sufferers—a sanctuary of understanding and support for the parts of us that often feel like "too much." In-person and Online.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is an innovative and highly effective therapy that’s been shown to successfully alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD and other mental health issues. It’s especially beneficial for people who have tried other forms of therapy but have not found lasting relief. When ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is administered in a group setting under the supervision of a Denver Men’s Therapy provider, participants can experience profound emotional and mental exploration that can lead to deep healing.

Join me for a restorative practice group designed to help you calm anxiety, release tension, and support your nervous system through gentle, body-based practices. Vagal toning helps the body shift from stress to safety by activating the vagus nerve through simple exercises like tapping, facial massage, and breathwork. These practices can bring more balance, clarity, and ease into your daily life when used regularly. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a toolkit for self-regulation and resilience. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to care for yourself.

I utilize relational and trauma-focused approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, attachment theory, and Somatic Experiencing, all aimed at regulating the nervous system and integrating "parts" into wholeness.

The group offers a structured, supportive space to slow things down, understand emotional reactions, and practice showing up differently with other men. Emphasis is placed on emotional safety, mutual respect, and building trust over time — nothing is forced or rushed. Men use the group to better understand their patterns, reduce reactivity or withdrawal, and build more grounded, authentic relationships both inside and outside the group. This group is a good fit for men who are tired of feeling alone with their struggles and want to move toward connection at a manageable pace. Group meets biweekly, 90 minutes, $70 per session.
