You often find yourself struggling in a pattern of negative thinking, behaviors, or experiences. You have tried to break free on your own, but have not yet found success. Life is too short to let your struggles control you. I want to walk with you through your struggles and help you see that there is hope.
Being in nature helps us relieve stress & burnout, reduces anxiety & worry, and helps boost immunity. When we restore our connection with nature, remembering we are intertwined, the potential for growth and healing deepens. We will practice gentle & simple mindfulness techniques to restore our connection to self and to nature. We will also take time to share and integrate our experiences. Curiosity & compassion will be the main focus as we meet ourselves where we are in each moment with radical acceptance. Each session runs 4 weeks and takes place outdoors at a local nature area. Please inquire for location details.

I believe too many women are suffering in silence and isolation as they give of themselves but don't receive the same support in return. I consider myself to be both "eclectic" and "holistic" in my approach, meaning that I use different types of proven psychotherapies (like CBT, ACT, Mindfulness-Based therapies) to help with the health and wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. Together this means I know that one method doesn't work for everyone and that I find it important to look at the whole you. You will be getting a customized healing journey that you help create because I trust that you are the best expert on your life.

I have been promoting mental health professionally since 1998. I value ethical conduct, accessible pricing, effective interventions, and practical methods in psychotherapy practice. No couples for now. Please only text or call me but do not go to my website and book an appointment!

Our Vision - We exist to help people find hope and connection with God, themselves and one another, so that they can attain the change necessary to better their lives and the lives of those around them. Our Mission - To come alongside individuals, couples, and families in need to show them compassion, give them truth, and guide them to hope. Our Beliefs - We believe that every family is uniquely created by God and designed for connection, but that this most valuable relational connection has been lost or damaged due to a variety of matters, including but not limited to societal issues, personal problems, and spiritual matters. Yet we know that with help, faith, hard work, and determination this connection is recoverable, and we want to see every family recover it and we believe God put us here to help families do just this!
