Trauma and Grief

Unfortunately all groups are currently postponed due to Covid-19. Group is a powerful option for healing. At Counseling in Colorado Springs, I carefully select group members in order to provide a safe and connecting environment. I want you to feel understood and to know that you are not alone. Group holds the same level of confidentiality as individual counseling but with the benefit of being in a community. If group is something that appeals to you, I would be happy to share more with you about what I offer.
